With an extensive academic background in kinesiology, coaching, and education, Tessa has been professionally practicing movement analysis, pedagogy, and instructional design for the past 30 years. As a Master Teacher and Teacher Trainer, Tessa created the Swing Literacy suite of online development programs to help teachers #teachWCSsmarter and dancers #trainWCSsmarter and travels globally, passionately helping them transform their dance communities from the inside out.
